Xbox Games With Gold November 2016 free games list news: List includes 'Super Dungeon Bros,' 'Murdered: Soul Suspect'
October is almost over, which means that Xbox Games with Gold members have some new games to look forward to in the following month. Xbox has just released a video announcing the upcoming games, and it include titles like "Super Dungeon Bros" and "Murdered: Soul Suspect."
The clip also announces a few more games to the lineup like the special edition of "Monkey Island" as well as "Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon." Nov. 1 sees the release of "Super Dungeon Bros," a level-based brawler game that puts players into unique dungeons that have different creatures, traps and puzzles.
Nov.1 also sees the release of "Monkey Island: Special Edition" and it is available for Xbox 360 users and Xbox One users via backwards compatibility. The game is a swashbuckling pirate adventure and is sure to please fans of retro video games.
Nov. 16 lets players get their hands on "Murdered: Soul Suspect," a mystery-horror game where players take control of the ghost of a detective who wants to solve his own murder. Along the way, players also run into different ghouls and spirits which all have their own agendas.
"Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon" is available on Nov. 16, and it puts players through an '80s nostalgia look for the "Far Cry" franchise where it's full of neon glow sticks, cyborgs and robot dinosaurs.
Before the list was announced, reports were speculating on the release of "Resident Evil 5" and "Battlefield." They suspected that Xbox might release the games in order to boost interest for the upcoming titles "Resident Evil 7: Biohazard" and "Battlefield 1."
Though fans didn't get these games this November, some are still holding out that they would get the titles soon. There's still December to look forward to.
The free games will be available this coming November for Games with Gold subscribers.
