In one of the more entertaining rivalries at the moment, the World Wrestling Entertainment tag team champions The New Day are facing one of their best opponents to date, The Wyatt Family.

The New Day have had the title for a while now but all that is seemingly in jeopardy as the push for The Wyatt Family has been increasing amid their growing feud.

Reports suggest that it is possible that this feud may eventually lead to their battle at WWE Battleground, which will be held later this month.

It seems that the WWE feels it is time for The Wyatt Family to finally get the gold around their waist and they may be booked to beat The New Day in the pay-per-view event.

Comprised of Bray Wyatt, Erick Rowan and Braun Strowman, The Wyatt Family have long been fan favorites despite being the heel for most of the time. Their physicality and eerie demeanor give them that sense that fans just love to watch.

Their rivalry picked up two weeks ago when The Wyatt Family were doing a promo before The New Day -- comprised of Big E, Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods -- interrupted their time on the stage.

As reports noted, The Wyatt Family did not appreciate the positivity that their opponents had and struck fear to the champions, with Woods getting the most of the shock.

This has resulted in a back-and-forth bashing between the two factions, with the rivalry looking to get to a head soon.

Cage Side Seats believes that The New Day have now peaked and this may result in The Wyatt Family winning the title soon.

However, this is all speculation at the moment, and the real story will unfold in the coming weeks as two of the biggest tag teams continue to battle.
