'Tom Clancy's The Division' DLC news: Underground expansion released; Ubisoft addresses issues

The announcement that "Tom Clancy's The Division" would be getting its first downloadable content (DLC) has made a lot of fans excited.

Now, the expansion has been released for Xbox One and PC. According to GameSpot, the DLC can be bought as part of "The Division" Season Pass carrying a $39.99 price tag, but as a stand-alone it is priced at $14.99.

Unfortunately, fans' excitement immediately turned into confusion as they encountered various issues after buying the DLC.

First, as reported by IGN, users had some issues in finding the content upon purchase.

This was immediately addressed by Ubisoft on the game's official Twitter page. In one of its posts, the company assured users that they were taking steps to fix the issue as soon as possible.

There have been a few workarounds for players to find the game, which should work with Xbox One and PC users.

Aside from that, the Underground DLC ran into some connectivity issues, and some players also claimed of experiencing long waiting queues in the game.

Meanwhile, "Tom Clancy's The Division" will soon be getting its 1.3. patch. It is expected to fix a lot of the previous errors the game used to have, with version 1.2 having some characters missing.

For now, the game is still far from flawless and complete. Yet, despite these problems, "Tom Clancy's The Division" still remains to be one of the more popular online-only games out today, with the game being played on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Microsoft Windows.

It was released back in March and received very positive reviews from various critics like IGN, EGM and Metacritic.
