'This Is Us' season 1 episode 13 spoilers: Jack and Rebecca throw three separate parties for their kids

In the previous episode, viewers got to see the struggles that the Pearsons went through while Rebecca (Mandy Moore) was pregnant. Rebecca was brimming with joy when she got pregnant, but that feeling of happiness soon turned to frustration once her body started to change. The episode also showed how everything fell into place in order for Jack (Milo Ventimiglia) and Rebecca to adopt Randall (Sterling K. Brown and Lonnie Chavis) after they lost their third baby.

Episode 12 was the first episode of "This Is Us" that stayed in a single time period, but it's time to bring the audience back to the present in episode 13. Titled "Three Sentences," episode 13 will show Jack and Rebecca attempting to throw Randall, Kate (Chrissy Metz and Mackenzie Hancsicsak) and Kevin (Justin Hartley and Parker Bates) three separate parties for their 10th birthday. As expected, that probably won't end well for the Pearsons.

Meanwhile, Randall is also finding it hard to make time for his biological father, William (Ron Cephas Jones) due to all the office drama. William has cancer and he is not long for this world, so Randall probably wants to spend more time with him before he's gone. As shown in the preview trailer, William still has stuff that he wants to do before he dies.

The official synopsis also revealed that Kevin is going to make a major decision in his romantic life. Is he going to pick Sloane (Milana Vayntrub) or Olivia (Janet Montgomery)? Something unexpected is also going to happen to Kate in the upcoming episode. Hopefully, all is well before she gets her gastric bypass surgery.

The preview trailer for episode 13 also shows that Jack is thinking of having another baby. The clip did not show Rebecca's response to that suggestion. How will she react to that?
