'The Walking Dead' season 7 episode 16 spoilers: War against Saviors begins; Sasha to turn into a walker?
The war against the Saviors will finally begin. However, Sasha (Sonequa Martin-Green) might be used against Rick (Andrew Lincoln) so that he will give up the fight.
In the upcoming season 7 finale of "The Walking Dead," titled "The First Day of the Rest of Your Life," the surviving communities of Hilltop, Alexandria, and the Kingdom will be uniting to fight against Negan's (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) Saviors.
"The stakes continue to grow higher as paths cross; the group enacts an intricate plan," the episode listing on ScreenerTV reads.
From the episode 16 promo, it was revealed that even the Scavengers will be joining in the fight to take down the Saviors. Aside from this, there appears to be a lot of revelations in the upcoming finale episode of "The Walking Dead" season 7, based on the promo.
Comicbook reports that Sasha might get the comic series ending of Holly.
Earlier in the promo, Negan comes to Sasha to tell her that she will help him put things back in order. By the time Negan and his Saviors have arrived in Alexandria, the person held hostage beside him has a bag on her head.
In the comic series, Holly was returned to Alexandria with her hands tied and a bag covering her head. When the bag was removed, it was revealed that Holly had already turned into a walker.
This could explain the terrified expressions of Rosita (Christian Serratos) and Michonne (Danai Gurira) upon seeing Negan and the Saviors outside.
Dwight (Austin Amelio) and Daryl (Norman Reedus) will also have a face-off in the finale.
Dwight has turned on Negan, but Daryl still has a lot of rage towards him because of all the hardships Dwight caused when he was still held hostage in the Sanctuary.
"The Walking Dead" season 7 finale will air on Sunday, April 2, at 9 p.m. EDT on AMC.
