The Flash season 3 episode 9 spoilers: Barry teams up with Jesse Quick and Kid Flash to fight Savitar

Barry Allen (Grant Gustin) will be needing the help of Jess Wells (Violett Beane) and Wally (Keiynan Lonsdale) in their speedster forms to battle off Savitar (Andre Tricoteux). Meanwhile, another speedster will be joining the team soon in season 3.

In the upcoming ninth episode of "The Flash" season 3 titled "The Present," Barry will have a troubled holiday. He will juggle threats from Alchemy and Savitar, along with trying to work out his relationship with Iris (Candice Patton). The speedster will travel far to seek sound advice.

The synopsis for the episode reads: "Determined to stop Savitar, Barry goes to Earth-3 to get advice from Jay Garrick (John Wesley Shipp). Wally wants to help Barry fight Savitar and reveals that he's been training with H.R. (Tom Cavanagh), which doesn't go over well with Barry. As Cisco (Carlos Valdes) faces his first Christmas without his brother Dante (Nicholas Gonzalez), old wounds are reopened."

Kid Flash will be joining Barry in his mission, and a recent set photo posted by Martina Ricciotti on Twitter reveal that Jesse will be joining the pair as Jesse Quick. The trio will prepare to face Savitar, but it appears to be that someone else will be joining the fight.

Another set photos reveal that Grodd will be appearing soon, and according to ThemysciraBound, Savitar will be challenging Grodd into a fight.

Meanwhile, there are reports pointing out that a new speedster will be introduced soon in "The Flash" season 3.

A set photo posted by HollywoodNorth.buzz on Twitter shows a man who looks very much like the Accelerated Man from the "The Flash" comic series, iDigitalTimes reports.

Because of the white scarf covering half his face, it is difficult to tell who is the person behind Accelerated Man. But there are speculations that Harrison Wells from Earth-19 is Accelerated Man since the speedster also hails from Earth-19 based in the comic series.
