The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers: Rick CEO of Forrester Creations; Maya-Caroline Rivalry Levels Up
"The Bold And The Beautiful" follows the dramatic ups and downs in the lives of its lead characters in this week's episodes. The daytime soap airs from Monday to Thursday, with replays over TVGN.
The highlights of the dramatic moments fall nearly equally on the main characters, starting with Rick Forrester (Jacob Young), the new CEO of Forrester Creations.
After Rick found out about the affair between Caroline (Linsey Godfrey) and Ridge (Thorsten Kaye), expectations were high that he would fall apart. Instead, he turned to Maya (Karla Mosley) and became intimate with her, prior to telling Caroline that he was done with their marriage.
Meanwhile, Caroline defends herself and insistently tells Hope (Kimberly Matula) that the so-called affair with Ridge never went beyond a couple of kisses. Just the same, Caroline fails to dislodge the pain from Rick's heart.
As Rick starts changing things in Forrester Creations, Maya hovers like a shadow over him, trying to influence his actions. This is one of the things that will lead to a strong and bitter rivalry between Caroline and Maya.
As for Ridge, although Caroline continues to consult him about what to do, he seems to be unable to effectively process what's going on. Is he despondent after failing to snatch the CEO post at Forrester's?
Moving on, there's a distinctly creepy development as Quinn Fuller (Rena Sofer) barges in on Hope's sonogram appointment for her baby. Quinn did this in full surgical attire, and if that kind of invasive move won't creep you out, it's difficult to say what will.
Catching on, Deacon (Sean Kanan) tells off Quinn and warns her not to meddle with Hope and Ivy's Amsterdam trip. Will Quinn follow or will she continue to interfere where she shouldn't?
