A fansite of "The Big Bang Theory" recently released the supposed plot for the next episode of the comedy show.

According to "The Big Bang Theory Wiki," the new episode will feature Sheldon (Jim Parsons) and Amy (Mayim Bialik) working together on a scientific project. While doing so, they will realize they will need to set up some ground rules and boundaries when collaborating. They will also realize that sarcasm will go a long way in triggering each other's cognitive processes.

Meanwhile, Raj (Kunal Nayyar), who moved in to Sheldon's old room in the previous episode, will bond with Penny (Kaley Cuoco) over "girly" activities, leaving Leonard (Johnny Galecki) feeling alone and jealous. Although he will eventually raise his issues with his wife and their new roommate, he will first spend time with Howard (Simon Helberg) and Bernadette (Melissa Rauch) first to cool off.

According to the fan site, the episode will air on March 30.

In other "The Big Bang Theory" news, CBS CEO Leo Moonves recently provided more information about the show's prequel, "Sheldon." Speaking during the Deutsche Bank Media & Telecom Conference, he said that the show will feature a 10-year-old Sheldon growing up with a very right-wing Texan family, with his parents not knowing how to deal with a genius for a kid.

Iain Armitage, who is in "Big Little Lies," is set to play the role of young Sheldon, while Zoe Perry will play his mother, who, interestingly enough, is the real-life daughter of Laurie Metcalf, the one who plays the same role in "The Big Bang Theory."

Meanwhile, the renewal of "The Big Bang Theory" hinges on the contract negotiations between the actors and the network. However, earlier reports said that Galecki, Parsons, Cuoco, Nayyar, and Helberg have agreed to lower their salary in order to give Rauch and Bialik a raise.

"The Big Bang Theory" airs every Thursday night at 8 p.m. ET on CBS.
