'The Big Bang Theory' season 10 episode 11 spoilers: Sheldon and Amy plan to have birthday sex while Bernadette goes into labor

There won't be an episode this week, but "The Big Bang Theory" is going to come back with a bang next week. Once again, the people at The Big Bang Theory fan site have gotten their hands on plot details for the upcoming episode and they have been accurate so far this season.

According to site member Maddie, the episode is going to revolve around Bernadette (Melissa Rauch) going into labor and Sheldon (Jim Parsons) and Amy's (Mayim Bialik) attempt at birthday sex.

The episode starts with Sheldon waking Amy up to give her a gift and wish her a happy birthday. Sheldon's gift happens to be a framed MRI scan of his brain, and he points at the bright spot on the image and says he's thinking of her. It appears the two are about to have their annual coitus event, but they get interrupted when Leonard (Johnny Galecki) and Penny (Kaley Cuoco) knock on the door to tell them Bernadette is heading to the hospital.

When Bernadette, Wolowitz (Simon Helberg) and perpetual third wheelers Raj (Kunal Nayyar) and Stuart (Kevin Sussman) get to the hospital, they are sent back home because her contractions are not far enough apart yet. Penny gets a call that it was a false alarm and they go back to their apartments.

Meanwhile, Raj accidentally reveals that the baby is a girl. Bernadette and Wolowitz are upset because they want to be surprised. But they are happy to finally know the gender until they realize that Stuart already knows. The couple then proceeds to kick Raj out of the house.

Back in the apartment, Sheldon and Amy try to get back in the mood, but it doesn't work. Amy goes to the bathroom and returns wearing a Harry Potter costume, which seems to excite Sheldon. Before anything has happened, Raj knocks on their door and gets the door slammed on his face by Amy for disrupting their moment.

After a while, Bernadette finally goes into labor and she gives birth to a baby girl they name Hallie. At the nursery, the gang is wondering which one is Hallie until they hear a baby cry like how Wolowitz's mother speaks. And by the end of the episode, Sheldon and Amy finally get to have sex.

"The Big Bang Theory" season 10 episode 11 will air on Thursday, Dec. 15, at 8 p.m. EST on CBS.
