USA Network has spoken, and it's not allowing "Suits" to adjourn anytime soon. Just recently, the series, which is currently airing its sixth season, was signed up for a seventh installment, and fans are giddy with this development.

During NBCUniversal Cable's day at the recent Television Critics Association press tour, USA (sister network of NBC) revealed that they have renewed the legal drama for a seventh season. Thus, Harvey Specter's (Gabriel Macht) adventure with the gang is set to continue through to 2017. In fact, it might even see an eighth season.

"I just renewed [my deal with Universal Cable Productions] for two years, so I'm assuming we're likely to have a Season 7, and it's certainly possible we'll have a Season 8," creator Aaron Korsch told TV Line.

The news came after Patrick J. Adams, who plays faux lawyer Mike Ross on the series, said he felt the show was nearing the end of the road.

"I don't think it's designed to be a 15-year show. I think we have another season in us, for sure, of interesting story, maybe more depending on where we go after this prison storyline," he told E! News. "There is some part of it that feels like it's quietly starting to end itself, and I think everybody sort of feels that."

Meanwhile, in the previous episode titled "Turn," Mike, who is currently in prison, passed out while playing football with his fellow inmates. Some suspected he was drugged, but it was revealed later on that Harvey and Sean Cahill (Neal P. McDonough) planned it so they could get Mike out of prison.

Harvey then took him to Rachel's (Meghan Markle), and while Mike was angry at first, Harvey made him realize that he was missing out a lot by not being with the woman he loves. The catch was it was part of Harvey's plan to try to convince Mike to become an informant and snitch on Kevin Miller (Erik Palladino).

Apparently, Harvey's plan pulled through, because at the end of the episode, Mike came out of Rachel's apartment and told Sean and Harvey that he was taking the deal to become an informant.

In the next episode titled "Trust," Mike would put the plan into action by doing what he can to gain Kevin's trust. On the other hand, Louis (Rick Hoffman) would enlist Donna's (Sarah Rafferty) help in matters of the heart. Check out the synopsis below:

"Mike tries to gain Kevin's trust; Harvey enacts a risky plan; Jessica tries to mend the firm's reputation; Rachel hits a roadblock; Louis enlists Donna's help."

"Suits" season 6 will air Wednesday, Aug. 10, at 9 p.m. EST on USA Network.
