Developer and publisher of the game, Blizzard Entertainment, released this week patch 3.8.0 for "StarCraft II" and it includes several changes and new mission packs to the game.

Patch 3.8.0 carries the third and final mission pack for Nova Covert Ops. It is free for and accessible to players who purchased the Mission Pack 3 or the entire Mission Bundle of the game. To access the game, players can go to the Campaign menu and select Nova Covert Ops. Players who have not bought the mission packs before can buy Nova Covert Ops trilogy now.

Alongside the Mission Pack 3, patch 3.8.0 also brings a new mission in the co-op mode called the Miner Evacuation. Blizzard Entertainment describes the new mission as, "This mission is completely overrun by hostile infested units, and your job is to help evacuate all of the miners who were left stranded on the planet. Protect shuttles as they load up with passengers and prepare to take off."

Aside from the new mission packs, patch 3.8.0 brings in updates and improvements in the multiplayer mode. The patch updates the Legacy of the Void ladder map and generally revamps the multiplayer mode.

Patch 3.8.0 adds a new Black Ops trophy that can be acquired when players win a round in the Automated Tournament. Players who purchased both the Nova Co-op Commander and Nova Covert Ops Mission Packs will get a new portrait.

The latest game update also adds products, packs and bundles under the Feature menu, under the Collection menu. Three new decals and nine new portraits are available for a bundled price of $4.99.
