'Scream Queens' season 2 episode 7 spoilers: Dr. Holt's murderous hand takes over; is he the third Green Meanie?

One transplanted hand is out of control and three Green Meanies are still loose in the hospital hallways. With this much threat going around the C.U.R.E. Institute, can Chanel (Emma Roberts) survive next week's episode of "Scream Queens" season 2?

A handful of mysteries have already been answered regarding that fateful night back in 1985, but none of them led to the revelation of the Green Meanies' real identities. Moreover, a death that happened all the way back in season 1 has sent one killer to the institute to specifically target Chanel for revenge.

Dr. Cascade (Taylor Lautner) was revealed to have been the baby in the belly in 1985 and Dr. Hoffel turned out to be Agatha Bean's (Jan Hoag) vengeful sister. They have both donned matching Green Meanie suits and teamed up to bring the institute down. A third Green Meanie, the one responsible for the most body count, remains unidentified.

In "Scream Queens" season 2 episode 7 titled "The Hand," Dr. Holt's (John Stamos) transplanted hand, which previously belonged to a serial killer, takes center stage as Dr. Munsch (Jamie Lee Curtis) assigns a risky surgery to him in hopes of creating positive press for the C.U.R.E. Institute. But after getting accused of being the Green Meanie in the previous episode, Dr. Holt seems to have lost total control of his hand.

As shown in the episode preview, the hand can take control of Dr. Holt's body even when he's asleep. Could the hand be responsible for turning Dr. Holt into the unidentified Green Meanie without his knowledge? Could the combined stress of the Green Meanie accusations and the Dr. Munsch's pitched surgery be giving his killer hand total control over his body? Will he turn out to be the other Green Meanie all along?

Meanwhile, Chanel #3 (Billie Lourd) talks Dr. Cascade into taking a psych test to get a better understanding of his seemingly innate emotional and physical coldness. Nurse Hoffel is also about to set her vengeful plans in motion by sending Dr. Cascade to do her bidding. How will their actions sit with the other Green Meanie? Are they an ally or another set of victims for him or her to kill?
