Lea Michele's Hester Ulrich will be devising a plan to bust herself out of her cell in the forthcoming episodes of "Scream Queens." Based on the synopsis for the sixth episode, Hester will successfully find a way to join C.U.R.E Institute as a member of the staff.

The synopsis for season 2 episode 6 revealed that Hester will be entering Dean Cathy Munsch's (Jamie Lee Curtis) hospital, not as a patient but as an employee. The sixth episode of "Scream Queens" will be titled "Blood Drive."

According to reports, Hester's non-existent medical background won't stop her from joining the staff. The character will reportedly enroll as a medical student, like the rest of the Chanels. Hence, in the episodes to come, viewers will see Hester roaming the halls of the Institute, as if she isn't a convicted serial killer.

So far, fans don't exactly know why or how Hester will be permitted to join the staff. But, most likely, viewers are aware of her new-found freedom as a precursor for death and chaos.

In the latest episode, viewers saw Hester hurt Chanel Oberlin's (Emma Roberts) leg. To recap, Denise Hemphill (Niecy Nash) freed her from her cell, hoping that she could join the Halloween party.

Adding this serial killer to the hospital staff means there's more danger surrounding the well-loved characters of the show. On the other hand, adding this crazy unpredictable character to the already maddening setting of the Institute makes good TV.

Furthermore, the synopsis for the upcoming episode revealed that Dean and Chanel will be organizing a blood drive to replenish the hospital's supply. Meanwhile, Nurse Ingrid Hoffel (Kristie Alley) will be plotting her revenge. In addition, fans can expect to know more about the Green Meanie in episode 6.

"Scream Queens" season 2 episode 6 premiere on Tuesday, Nov. 15, at 9 p.m. EDT on FOX.
