The reason Abby (Darby Stanchfield) wanted Jennifer (Chelsea Kurtz) and Huck (Guillermo Diaz) dead will be revealed on the next episode of "Scandal" season 6. Meanwhile, Zoe Perry's character is still forcing Rowan (Joe Morton) under their will.

Previously on "Scandal" season 6, it was revealed that Meg (Phoebe Neidhardt) killed Jennifer and Huck under Abby's orders. On the next episode of "Scandal" season 6, titled "A Stomach for Blood," Abby's motives for wanting the two dead will finally be revealed.

"The events leading up to election night are retold from Abby's perspective, revealing a formidable thirst for power and the explosive secret she's been keeping," the episode listing on The Futon Critic reads.

On the episode 8 promo, Abby has been branded as the traitor among the gladiators. Also, it appears that her recent actions might have been motivated by a huge amount of money.

It is also possible that Abby is working with Rowan, since he was the one who wanted Jennifer Fields dead in the first place by ordering Jake (Scott Foley) to kill her with an explosion in the cabin.

Regarding Huck, Rowan might want him eliminated since he tried to kill him under the orders of her daughter, Olivia (Kerry Washington), or that he already knows too much about Rowan's situation.

Meanwhile, Rowan is still under the influence of Zoe Perry's unknown character, but Rowan might already be working on a plan to turn the tables around.

"I think the thing we all know about Rowan is he may look like he's doing something, but he's probably trying to do something else. I think the way Rowan works is he's going to do what he needs to do on the surface, but down below, he's going to do what he has to do to figure out how to get out of the mess," Morton shared in an interview with Variety.

"Scandal" season 6 airs every Thursday night at 9 p.m. EDT on ABC.
