'Real Housewives of Atlanta' news: Sheree Whitfield and Kim Zolciak-Biermann expected to return

In the ninth season of Bravo's reality TV series "The Real Housewives of Atlanta," fashion designer Sheree Whitfield is expected to return and face Kenya Moore. Furthermore, former housewife Kim Zolciak-Biermann is also rumored to be reappearing. 

Towards the end of the eighth season, viewers were able to see Whitfield confront Moore about their pending house projects. In the teaser, the pair was competitive about their dream houses.

In the season premiere, Whitfield boasted about Chateau Sheree. She said, "We are at Chateau Shereé. All the non-believers, here we go. Chateau Shereé does exist. I'm getting my landscaping together. I'm doing a lot of work on the inside. I mean, seriously, when you have 100,000-square feet it takes time." The preview also revealed a glimpse of the chateau's interior.

On the other hand, Moore has been doing her own promotions for her upcoming mansion, which she calls Moore Manor. She even started a contest on Instagram. Instagram users simply need to tag five friends on the comment section of her post. The contest only allows U.S. citizens to join. Winners will win all expense paid trip to and from Moore Manor, as well as $100.

Furthermore, Zolciak-Biermann is rumored to be making a comeback in the upcoming season. She was one of the original housewives in the show, but the reality star left halfway through season 5 in 2012. She will reportedly return to the show to save her marriage. Morning News USA reported that she and husband Kroy Biermann are going through a rough patch.

The news outlet also reported that Zolciak Biermann might be patching things up with Whitfield. In the previous season, Whitfield spoke up and guarded Zolciak's daughter who was planning on getting her lips done.
