Finally, one of the most anticipated games in the PC will be coming out as "Quadrilateral Cowboy" is set to have a July release.

It will first be released for Microsoft Windows, while Linux and OS X versions will also welcome the game around September.

This game was first unveiled back in 2013, with developer Brandon Chung displaying a blocky, first-person set that portrays the user as a computer hacker staged back in the 1980s.

It is a present-day look at a nostalgic event as the codes are somewhat primitive and the technology in the game was the best back in the celebrated decade.

Engadget reported that the game will be available on PC via Steam and Blendo Games and the exact release date is on July 25.

In a separate interview with Engadget, Chung was asked about the delay in the game. The creator of "Thirty Flights of Loving" said that the game's development took on a life of its own and he did not want to rush it.

"This is going to sound kind of artsy-fartsy, but I get this feeling sometimes when I start writing, that it's not me anymore. The piece that you're writing just starts to kind of steer itself, in a way. The game did that to me," Chung explained.

The game will be great for those who have encoding skills, and it should be a real challenge. However, Chung also hopes that those without knowledge will still find enjoyment in the game.

"My favorite thing at these shows is when kids come up to play it -- like 10, 11, 12 years old," he revealed. "They don't have these preconceived notions that programming is this thing for geniuses or brilliant people. ...They'll just sit at the keyboard, they'll start banging on it, and they get it. They pick it up because they don't have all this baggage about what programming is. It's amazing. That's what I want."
