"One Punch Man" season 2 will certainly be one for the books as new rumors suggest that Saitama will suffer his first defeat.

It is being reported that the second season of the anime will see the strongest hero be beaten, which will definitely be a new sight to see.

Saitama has trained vigorously to achieve the peak physical condition he has. He has worked tirelessly to develop his killer of a wallop, losing all his hair in the process.

According to "One Punch Man" season 2 spoilers, Saitama's abilities will peter out in the middle of an important battle, which will leave him badly trampled.

There are no details to corroborate this yet so fans are advised to take this with a pinch of salt. Besides, the idea of Saitama tasting defeat is a bit far-fetched at the moment. Although his enemies get stronger, he always had the advantage.

However, as suggested in other reports, the hero will meet a baddie that will take his punch. This character is named Garou, which fans got a glimpse of in the first season of "One Punch Man."

Garou appeared in episode 10, but only a cameo debut. If the rumors are to be believed, he will take center stage in "One Punch Man" season 2 as he gives Saitama a run for his money.

The strength of Garou will finally treat fans to a full-length battle as opposed to the ones Saitama had, which end after he punches.

With regards to the release date, "One Punch Man" season 2 will reportedly be delayed as Madhouse Entertainment waits for new story arcs to cover.

All volumes of the manga created by ONE have been covered so in order to make a full season, the studio is said to wait for more stories.

With that said, "One Punch Man" season 2 will unlikely be here this year or even the next.
