While gamers are wondering which games are going to be ported to the Switch, it turns out the hybrid console may be getting an exclusive game of its own. Eurogamer has reported that AnyArts Productions is going to release "Seasons of Heaven" exclusively on the Switch. The game is based on the French novel of the same name and it is set in a post-apocalyptic world. "Seasons of Heaven" is being created on Unreal Engine 4.

Meanwhile, Nintendo may have deliberately chosen not to reveal the games that are going to be in the Switch until their presentation in January, but that has never stopped insiders from leaking juicy tidbits. Sources say Nintendo is bringing GameCube games such as "Super Mario Sunshine," "Luigi's Mansion" and "Super Smash Bros. Melee" to the Switch via its Virtual Console service. Furthermore, it was reported that "Animal Crossing" is being tested for a potential release on the console.

Reports also say that a game called "The Sacred Hero" is going to be released on the Switch in 2018. Here's a look at an early development teaser for the game.

THQ Nordic has two Switch titles under development and CEO Lars Wingefors has hinted that the action-adventure game "Sphinx and the Cursed Mummy" could be one of the two titles mentioned. Developer Chucklefish Games has also revealed that they are going to be bringing "Stardew Valley" to the Switch.

"I am really looking forward to the Switch, and I believe that the Switch's unique capabilities could create some exciting opportunities for Stardew Valley," developer ConcernedApe said in a statement.

According to reports, "Dark Souls III" may be making its way to the Switch as well. FromSoftware allegedly has the game running on the Switch, but they still haven't decided if they were going to release it on the console. Apparently, the studio may also be planning to port the first two "Dark Souls" games to the Switch.

The Nintendo Switch is scheduled to come out on March 2017.
