Apple has been quiet about updates on the MacBook Pro 2016 release but some fans are guessing that the device may finally be released on Oct. 27.

MacWorld UK says that a lot of people are looking at Oct. 25 for the official announcement, but they guess that the event on the 25th may solely focus on the Q4 results. The MacBook Pro will then be released two days later on the 27th.

There was even news stating that the device may come earlier on Oct. 24 but some have said that it's unlikely for the tech giant to launch a new product on a Monday.

The upcoming MacBook Pro 2016 is said to have an all aluminum body and an OLED touch bar. The OLED touch screen bar is a new feature that is rumored to be part of Apple's incoming laptops.

In lieu of function keys, the OLED bar will be placed on the top of the keyboard, and the buttons will change their functions depending on the task at hand. Apple is also said to be putting the finishing touches of the operating system, the macOS 10.21.1 and it will support the new OLED bar feature.

Rumors also say that the device will come with a C-Type USB adapter as well. Apple is also said to release a 15-inch model that will be have an AMD Polaris graphics chip.

Reports are also saying that the new MacBook will run on Intel Skylake processors but some have suggested that the new device may be running with a Kaby Lake processor instead.

Apple better launch the device soon as some reports are suggesting that people would switch over to the ASUS ZenBook 3, which is said to be nearly identical to the MacBook Pro 2016. The design is said to be thinner and lighter than the MacBook Pro and it has been described as "ultraportable."

The MacBook Pro 2016 is rumored to come out on Oct. 27.
