"Luke Cage" will be the third solo Marvel Netflix series and it stars Mike Colter as the titular character. A new trailer has been revealed for the show and it's sure to get fans excited when it starts airing on Netflix at the end of the month.

The trailer showcases a lot of new action for Luke and it also features the brutality of the series' villain, Cornell "Cottonmouth" Stokes (Mahershala Ali). It's also interesting to note that Mariah Stokes (Alfre Woodard), who looks like Cottonmouth's wife, is also out for Luke. She apparently wants to attack him where it hurts.

The clip also has Luke getting a pep talk from Claire Temple aka the Night Nurse (Rosario Dawson). Dawson has been a series regular since the Marvel Netflix world debuted with the first season of "Daredevil." She also makes an appearance in the second season, as well as in "Jessica Jones."

It looks like there's going to be a lot of struggle when it comes to owning Harlem and it's up to Luke Cage to do something about it.

In other news, Mike Colter has also commented on whose side Luke would take in "Civil War:" Team Iron Man or Team Cap. He then jokes, "Who's paying more?"

If it's just with money alone, Tony Stark definitely wins the cake, but Luke Cage in the comics has always been a rebel. When it was time to pick sides, Cage straight up signed for Cap's side, comparing the required registration of heroes close to Jim Crow's racist laws.

Colter's comment definitely harkens to Luke's "Hero for Hire" days where he committed acts of heroism in order to make a profit. It's not the most noble cause but it put bread on the table, at least for a little while.

"Luke Cage" debuts on Netflix on Friday, Sept. 30.
