Another product listing leaks a game's release date. This time, it was Target that made the accidental post that involves "Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild." The product listing points to a June 13, 2017 release that practically supports earlier tips that the game will hit the shelves by the summer of next year.

"Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild" is one of the most speculated game titles to be launched alongside the upcoming hybrid portable console Nintendo Switch. However, if the Target leak is accurate, it looks like it is not going to happen since the console is slated to release in March 2017.

The supposed release date leak complements a blog post from a Nintendo insider, Emily Rogers, that echoes the same reports of delayed release for "Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild."

Rogers said, "In early September, I heard rumblings that the localization for the game was becoming more work than anyone had anticipated. They have to localize all of the game's text, NPCs, quests, etc. Then, around October, I received another update that Zelda's localization was still not going as smoothly as planned. 'A very ambitious game, maybe even too much,' claimed one particular source."

Rogers, who is also known as ArcadeGirl64, adds that this month, more inside sources support the earlier problematic updates about the game and that its localization might not be finished until December. "There's a much higher chance of Breath of the Wild being a summer 2017 game," Rogers concludes.

The game was announced at the 2013 Electronics Entertainment Expo (E3) event. Since then, developer Square Enix has been releasing teaser videos of gameplays and features that can be expected from the game.

Back in August, they teased several types of runes and how it will come in handy for the game's main protagonist, Link. And then, last month, developers dropped another teaser that shows Link's combat skills, other activities, and the vast open world of the game.
