'How to Get Away with Murder' season 3 episode 4 spoilers: Annalise gets suspended, goes into meltdown

Six weeks from the present timeline, someone is going to die in Annalise Keating's (Viola Davis) house. After last week's episode, two people from her circle have already been accounted for with a possible third still fighting for his life.

This unexpected survivor caused much concern for both Oliver Hampton (Conrad Ricamora) and Bonnie Winterbottom (Liza Weil) as shown in this clip posted by ABC. His identity is yet to be revealed, but his survival seems to bode trouble for Annalise and her two known accomplices.

What happened in Annalise's house? Did the defense attorney have anything to do with the dead body that was wheeled out of there in the season premiere? Who was the unexpected survivor of what is slowly looking like a premeditated incident and how deeply are Oliver and Bonnie involved in it?

Series creator Peter Nowalk previously told Hollywood Reporter that the identity of the dead body will be revealed in episode nine. With six more episodes left before the big reveal, a lot of other mysteries and questions are popping up that may prove to be more significant than knowing who died this season.

Meanwhile, in a sneak peek of this week's episode titled "Don't Tell Annalise," a videotape of the defense attorney slapping her previous client, Toby Solomon (Austin Basis), made its way to the Philadelphia Bar Association disciplinary board who consequently ruled to suspend Annalise's license immediately.

The official promo also showed Annalise in a meltdown and teased the fate of the survivor from the house fire. Will he or will he not live?

On the other hand, Laurel Castillo (Karla Souza) had managed to track Frank Delfino's (Charlie Weber) whereabouts with help from her father (Esai Morales), but lied to Annalise about it when an unexpected phone call from Frank revealed how the defense attorney had put an unsuccessful hit on him.

According to the episode synopsis on TV Guide, Frank will do something unexpected that will shock someone close to him. Could this person be Laurel?
