Hobbit 3 Battle of Five Armies Release Date, Spoilers: Sauron, Frodo and Aragorn to appear
The Hobbit 3: Battle of Five Armies was given a big sendoff by Warner Bros during the San Diego Comic Con 2014. The production team gave a sneak peak of the much-awaited Hobbit film.
The Hobbit 3: Battle of Five Armies brings into conclusion the adventures of the old hobbit Bilbo Baggins, Thorin Oakenshield and the Dwarves. This film is the final installment of the saga written by J.R.R. Tolkien. Jackson believes that the vision of the author is to restore peace all over Middle Earth, which is expected from the finale.
Sauron will reportedly be making his first appearance in the movie. Reports also say that both Frodo Baggins (played by Elijah Woods) and Aragorn (played by Viggo Mortensen) will be appearing as well.
The teaser of The Hobbit 3: Battle of Five Armies promises "big things on the horizon". It looks to offer more thrilling scenes that level the fighting and melodrama in the Lord of the Rings, as compared to the rather goofy adventures in the first two Hobbit films.
According to Peter Jackson, director of The Hobbit 3: Battle of Five Armies, the movie will be the "most emotional and most tense". Whether this is true or not, we will be finding out soon enough.
The movie is set to be shown on December 17 in the U.S. and Canada; December 11 in New Zealand, December 26 in Australia and December 12 in the United Kingdom.
