Fans of "Grey's Anatomy" may be a bit disappointed after the 10th episode of season 13 was pushed back a week by ABC to make way for a news special about Donald Trump, but the delay does build up the anticipation for the show's return after a short winter break. Well, things are about to get a little interesting in the second half of the season thanks to a certain love triangle.

Alex (Justin Chambers) is currently in a lot of trouble after he assaulted DeLuca (Giacomo Gianniotti) and beat him to a bloody pulp, but recent reports note that things are going to get better between him and Jo (Camilla Luddington). In fact, Luddington likes the idea of the two ending up together.

In an interview with TVGuide.com, Luddington hinted that Alex/Jo shippers might have a lot to forward to this season.

"[Jo] kind of has this optimistic moment with [Alex], and ... I think that there's this hope at the end of it. He reacted in such an understanding way that maybe there's a possibility there for a future," she stated.

Meanwhile, reports say DeLuca may finally make his move. He has been there for Jo whenever she needs a shoulder to cry on, but Jo is currently unaware of DeLuca's feeling toward her. Now, that's about to change.

Luddington's pregnant right now, and she told Entertainment Weekly that they might even write her pregnancy into the show.

"As of right now, they're definitely hiding it. But we have many episodes to go, and we haven't seen a good 10 or so of them, so who knows? There's plenty of time to write it in if they feel like they want to write it in," she said.

"Grey's Anatomy" returns on Thursday, Jan. 26, at 8 p.m. ET on ABC. Season 12 episode 10 is titled "You Can Look (But You'd Better Not Touch)," and it will show Jo, Arizona (Jessica Capshaw) and Bailey (Chandra Wilson) head to a women's prison to treat a 16-year-old pregnant woman.
