'Glee' Season 6 Spoilers: Rachel Is Back; Sue Sylvester as the New Principal
"Glee" will be returning on air this week, but reports say some people were given the opportunity to watch it before the actual premiere. One of the websites given this privilege was E! Online, which said Season 6 will be focusing on the main characters of the show for the past six years.
There also wouldn't be too many romance-related highlights, but several characters—five of them to be exact—will be introduced. These include a pair of "Cheerios twins."
TV Line, who was also given the chance to watch the first episode, said the gang will be helping a friend of theirs. Some characters will also be returning, including Dave Karofsky (Max Adler), as well as one of Rachel's haters.
And of course, Rachel is back. We'll be seeing her again right at the beginning of the episode this week. If you've been following "Glee," you know that Rachel went to Hollywood at the end of Season 5 for "greener pastures" and to jumpstart her career on television. Apparently, she wasn't too successful and had no choice but to return to her home in Ohio.
On Rachel's return, she will discover the mess that her dad is in, such as getting a divorce and putting the house up for sale. Rachel also tries to communicate with Blaine only to find out that Blaine has split up with Kurt. As Blaine returns, he will be the coach of the Dalton Academy Glee Club.
Meanwhile, Sue Sylvester is the new school principal who makes abrupt changes like getting rid of arts classes and clubs. However, despite the principal's attempt to banish the Glee Club, Rachel returns to the school and rebuilds the "New Directions."
