Originally 17 Kids and Counting, which eventually became 18 Kids and Counting, the Duggar family has grown since the reality show's premiere in September 29, 2008. The show is now 19 Kids and Counting, and the show is as popular as ever.

The couple now has 10 boys and 9 girls and the children's names all begin with the letter J. Since the premiere, two of the Duggar kids have made a family of their own, with the eldest having three sons.

The family has been very vocal about their Christian beliefs and are known to be a conservative family. This shows in the way they dress and behave within the family.

Recently, however, TLC took action to sensor the pro-life t-shirts that the family displayed on their show. It read, "I survived Roe vs Wade, Roe vs Wade Will Not Survive Me". The slogan refers to the "1973 US Supreme Court's ruling that legalized abortion in the first trimester.

Bryan Kemper, youth director for Priests for Life, was the one who handed out the t-shirts to the family, expecting them to be worn during the show. However, he was surprised when he saw that the message was censored by the TV network.

Kemper wrote his sentiments on LifeNews.com, saying, "I was shocked. Knowing how dedicated to the pro-life cause the Duggars are, I expected to see the shirts many times on their show."

"It really amazes me that TLC would censor this; it's not like people don't know the Duggar's beliefs.Knowing that the shirt appeared in the previous episode without being blurred, I am wondering if they received complaints or negative feedback after it aired," he added.

"I say we show TLC that there is so much more support for the Duggars wearing these shirts than there are complaints", Kemper finished.

Jessa Duggar also expressed her disappointment on her Instagram account.

"The sanctity of human life varies not in sickness or health, poverty or wealth, elderly or pre-born, little or lots of melanin [making you darker or lighter skinned], or any other factor. One human destroying the life of another deemed 'less than human'. Racism, stemming from the evolutionary idea that man came from something less than human; that some people groups are 'more evolved' and others 'less evolved'.

A denying that our Creator - GOD - made us human from the beginning, all of ONE BLOOD and ONE RACE, descendants of Adam. The belief that some human beings are 'not fit to live'. So they're murdered. Slaughtered. Kids with Down syndrome or other disabilities. The sickly. The elderly.

May we never sit idly by and allow such an atrocity to happen again. Not this generation. We must be a voice for those who cannot speak up for themselves. Because EVERY LIFE IS PRECIOUS. #ProLife."
