Destiny PC Release Date News: Launch Date for PC Version Still Unsure
Destiny is a video game in an open world setting with a concept of mythic science fiction. Developed by Bungie and published by Activision, this game has versions compatible with PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One and Xbox 360 game consoles.
The creators of the game have finally released the latest Destiny version for game consoles last September 9, 2014. However, a version for PC remains unsure. In fact, there has been little to no word at all that a version for PC will ever come out.

CNET reports that according to Eric Hirshberg, head of the Game Publishing department of Activision, they are confident that their investment and belief in Destiny would pay off, but not many people believed in it.
Architect Hao Chen, senior graphics architect for Destiny says "Bungie's new game engine – which powers the newly unveiled Destiny – has been in development for the past four years, and it promises to scale up to whatever new hardware comes our way in the next 10 years".
Chris Butcher, Engineering Lead for Destiny, also adds that the engine for the game is "fully multi-threaded for performance on all platforms, both for today and the next ten years".
During the first day of release last September 9. 2014, Destiny generated more than $500 million in revenue sold at $60 per copy, which is recognized as a record breaking success.
The game "Destiny" centers on the player being a Guardian of the last remaining city on earth; also a defender of humanity and divided into three characters: Woken, Humans and Exo. Players journey through the environments that span the lands of Mars and Venues.
