'Dance Moms' news 2016: Maddie Ziegler to start her own fashion line; Candy Nesbitt-Stein to return
Former "Dance Moms" star Maddie Ziegler is going to start her own fashion line called "Maddie" and she says that the line is aiming to forgo any childish fashion trends and move on to a more mature look.
According to GamenGuide, the 13-year-old fashion designer has already clocked up a very impressive skill set. Other than clothes, Ziegler has already proven herself as a dancer, actress, model and dance show judge. A lot of girls her age are already struggling just to be one of those.
She launched her clothing line on Youtube and interestingly enough, dance teacher Abby Lee Miller (ALM) also posted about a failed clothing line project that she was supposed to have. It even featured Maddie and her younger sister, Mackenzie.
In contrast to Ziegler's aim for her clothing line, ALM's failed venture seems to have clothes that looked more girly and youthful, perfect for the young women that have her as a dance coach.
In other news, Miller has grown frustrated at her Lifetime producers for kicking out her mini team of dancers during the filming of the seventh season of "Dance Moms." Miller was reportedly planning to train the girls there to eventually become the new junior elite team after neglecting the original one. Miller is reportedly "sick" of what the producers have done.
As if to piss Miller off some more, her longtime nemesis, Candy Nesbitt-Stein, is making a comeback for the seventh season. Nesbitt-Stein runs her own rival dance studio called the Candy Apples Dance Studio in Canton, Ohio. When asked about her return, she said to the International Business Times, "I absolutely enjoy doing it. If they could do something that they could come back here I would definitely be very interested in participating with them."
The seventh season of "Dance Moms" is set to air early 2017.
