'Civilization 6' cheats, tips & tricks: How to achieve four types of victory
Since the release of Sid Meier's "Civilization VI," gamers have been hooked on the PC video game. Players have been eager to claim the top spot; hence, many have been relying on game tips, tricks and even cheats.
For the uninitiated, the sixth installment of Sid Meier's original franchise launched on Oct. 21, and it was greeted warmly by players. The game was developed by Firaxis Game.
Gamers can claim four types of victories in the recent game installment. Players can either lead in Dominance, Science, Culture or Religion. To claim victory in a particular field, gamers need to choose the appropriate lead character.
Tomyris of Scythia is the appropriate character for Dominance. One notable feature of the character is that it starts an attack against its opponents once the character is wounded. Aside from Tomyris, gamers can choose Montezuma of Aztec for this field. However, the character is only available to those who pre-ordered the game.
Peter the Great of Russia, who is capable of creating trade routes, is perfect for gamers who want to take the lead in the field of Science. Another great choice in the field is Gilgamesh of Sumeria, who allows gamers to build civilizations near rivers.
In the field of culture, Mvemba a Nzinga of Kongo is the best choice since the character reportedly brings in bonuses for artists and excess works. Another character that does well in this field is Qin Shi Huang of China.
In terms of Religion, players can either choose from Philip II of Spain and Gandhi of India.
In order for players to dominate in the game, players should minimize participation in wars. According to Polygon, players can tweak the advanced setting to disable the barbarians. Another tip the news outlet mentioned to minimize war is to choose the island map wisely.
