In preparation for the "Battlefield 1" beta in the coming week, DICE revealed a bunch of new information for the Sinai Desert map, which is one of the game's largest Conquest maps.

"Sinai Desert offers a diverse gameplay experience that takes advantage of all of the elements that make World War I a perfect setting for a Battlefield game," DICE wrote on its blog post.

The "Battlefield 1" map can be explored through a horseback ride. Enemies are peppered in narrow streets and with shootouts taking place from windows and rooftops.

In Sinai Desert, players can take the skies with fighter planes and tanks are also at their disposal. "It's the clash of eras and technologies all wrapped into one hectic conflict, mixed together with classic Battlefield gameplay," DICE described.

One of the game-changing weapons in this "Battlefield 1" beta map is "Armored Train Behemoth," equipped with various weapons, which will give players a massive boost.

The monster of a weapon, however strong, still has vulnerability, which shows in the event of a "surprise attack by an organized group on horseback armed with anti-vehicle grenades."

Mean enemies are not the only ones to worry about in the "Battlefield 1" Sinai Desert beta map as even the weather could be a weapon used against players too.

A sandstorm can turn up and impair players their visibility especially for snipers and pilots. But if players use their cards right, especially the skilled pilots, the harsh winds could be an ally.

The "Battlefield 1" map allows pilots to fly inside the capture zone and take the flag. However, they have to be careful as someone will be on the lookout.

To fly there undetected, players could disable the Anti-Aircraft on the ground first. Players can also leave and be out of harm's way during dogfights by "flying through the canyon without crashing."

The "Battlefield 1" beta will take place starting Wednesday, Aug. 31 for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and personal computer (PC).
