'Dragon Ball Super' episode 73 spoilers introduces Gohan as stunt double; '12 Dragon Ball Universe' story arc begins on February
Following the battle of Hit and Goku in the last episodes of "Dragon Ball Super," the next episode will center on Gohan, plus the appearance of Mr. Satan. The new story arc has a fresh storyline that involves Gohan being put in the center stage.
The hilarious story arc was seen from the episode's promo video, featuring Gohan with his Great Saiyaman outfit. He will find himself taking the role as a stunt double in a movie about a Saiyaman hero. The promo showcases the voice of Gohan as he says:
"Hello, it's Gohan. Something terrible has happened. They're making a Great Saiyaman movie! And I'm going to be a stunt man for Great Saiyaman. This is a pickle. But... the spread of evil cannot be forgiven!"
As per the synopsis of "Dragon Ball Super" episode 73, the lead actor of the Saiyaman film, Barry Kahn, has decided not to shoot the action scene with Mr. Satan. Gohan, then, will volunteer to be the stunt double of the actor and shoot the fighting scene of the popular Mr. Satan, according to Comic Book.
While the episode has not much action to feature, it is said to be the link of the season 7 arch. It is believed that another character, Jaco, will eventually emerge. Several reports claim that Jaco will bring in a powerful enemy, Watagasshu.
However, much to the dismay of the fans, "Dragon Ball Super" will not air the episode today as it is reported to take a short rest.
The 73rd episode of "Dragon Ball Super" is titled Gohan's Disaster! Great Saiyaman's Unbelievable Movie Adaptation." It is scheduled to air on January 8 on Fuji TV. The new arc that will feature the 12 Dragon Ball Universe, on the other hand, is set to come out in January.
