Xbox One to receive an upgrade to enable VR capabilities?

Microsoft is reportedly changing their latest generation of home console, the Xbox One. If the rumors are correct, the electronics giant will be launching at least two new Xbox consoles in the coming few years. One of the anticipated console releases is going to feature VR capabilities made possible by the Oculus Rift.
Among the Xbox consoles that will be released by Microsoft over the next few years, the more powerful device codenamed as "Scorpio" will be the one boasting the VR gaming support. To further make a top-of-the-line console, Microsoft is reportedly creating a stronger graphics system for "Scorpio," which will sport 4K screen resolution. Furthermore, the rumors suggest that the Xbox One "Scorpio" will have a more powerful GPU to offer a more engaging virtual reality gaming experience for the players.
It is expected that the more powerful Xbox One console will be partnered to Oculus Rift VR headset, which was first released in the markets worldwide last year. Its release is expected sometime in 2017, although there have been no confirmed reports from Microsoft regarding any plans for an Xbox console upgrade.
Meanwhile, the other part of the new Xbox consoles rumored to arrive in the coming years is the slimmed down version of Xbox One. It is not expected to be more sophisticated or as powerful as the Xbox One "Scorpio," although its compact design feature will be featuring a larger hard drive capacity compared to the current Xbox One console version. The Xbox One "Slim" is expected to boast at least 2 TB of hard drive memory.
Along with the Xbox console with VR features, the Xbox One "Slim" is rumored to be formally announced by Microsoft at the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) 2016 in June, Kotaku reported.
However, it is also rumored that Microsoft will name their new Xbox as Xbox Two and not "Xbox One and a Half." There are other speculations that the new Xbox console will be a different entity from Xbox One. If not the rumored Xbox One "Scorpio," the Xbox Two is expected to be the first console from Microsoft to boast VR capabilities.
