There are only a few days remaining for the month of July, and the following month is fast approaching. It is high time indeed for Microsoft and Xbox to reveal the list of free games that will be made available for the month of August, that is if the gamer is an Xbox Gold subscriber.

There are a number of game titles that have been rumored to be included in Xbox's lineup of free games for next month, but just recently, Microsoft has released the official list of the Xbox Games With Gold for August 2016. Some of the popular video game titles that made it to the list include "WWE 2k16" and "Warrior Orochi 3 Ultimate."

Those who have an Xbox Live Gold membership are entitled to have the exciting video games designated for free. For the Xbox One game titles designated for the month of August, the hit sports and action video games "WWE 2k16" and "Warriors Orochi 3 Ultimate" will be available starting next week.

For those old-school gamers who can't get enough of the older Xbox 360 game titles, perhaps "Spelunky" and "Beyond Good & Evil HD" included in the Xbox Games With Gold list for next month will be an enough reason to celebrate. These Xbox 360 video games underwent the Xbox One backward compatibility service for them to become playable in the latest Xbox One console.

"Warriors Orochi 3 Ultimate" and "Spelunky" will be available starting on August 1. The former will be up for the whole month of August, while the latter will only be available until Aug. 15.

The second batch of games will be "WWE 2k16" and "Beyond Good & Evil HD." The good thing is that "WWE 2k16," will coincide with the free games for the month of September. It will last until the second week of September, Game Spot reported.
