'WWE 2K17' release date, gameplay news 2016: Graphics technology and character models improved on the next game?

There have been numerous rumors and speculations circulating online regarding the upcoming game "WWE 2K17." According to reports, the professional wrestling video game is slated to be released this year. What Culture reported that game publisher 2K Sports is going to roll out the title in October.

While fans are still waiting for the company to provide specific details with regard to its release, a new rumor has emerged suggesting that the new game will have an improved graphics technology and better character models.

Cage Side Seats reported that wrestlers, Dean Ambrose, Sheamus, Alberto Del Rio and the Big Show intentionally skipped "Smackdown" to be in Los Angeles, California. Rumor has it that the four WWE superstars were in a studio to have their faces re-scanned for the upcoming video game.

There are also reports suggesting that another wrestler Seth Rollins may have also visited the same studio as the superstar was not scheduled to appear in a fight during "Smackdown."

It is also stated that wrestler Seth Rollins may have also been included in the group. The wrestler was not a part of the scheduled fights for "Smackdown" that week but may have taken the free time to get his face and features scanned for the game.

Meanwhile, there have been reports saying that the upcoming WWE game may no longer be available on PS3 and Xbox 360. Ecumenical News reported that because of its improved graphics technology, "WWE 2K" will only be available on the current generation of gaming consoles and PC.

It is also reported that Chyna, who recently passed away, may no longer be included to the roster. However, reports coming from 2K Sports suggest that she will most likely be in the upcoming game as she has been a part of the franchise for more than 10 years. There are also reports stating that some WWE wrestlers will make their debut on the highly anticipated video game including, Braun Strowman.

As of now, fans are hoping that 2K Sports will finally release specific release details of the game.
