'World of Warcraft: Legion' to offer bigger, more exciting PvP combats

The latest expansion pack of the highly popular multiplayer role-playing game (RPG) "World of Warcraft" is expected to introduce a few changes to the game system. The most noticeable variation in the gameplay can be seen in the PvP combat as Blizzard aims to make the player versus player rounds as more engaging, more balanced, and more accessible for all players.
The new expansion set called "World of Warcraft: Legion" is going to tweak some of the usual settings of the multiplayer gameplay system. To be specific, the latest add-on is going to affect the PvP combat area. The official website of "World of Warcraft" reveals a new post stating that "Legion" will make PvP combat "better, balanced, rewarding, and accessible for players." This move is done to address the issues of some players on PvP combats, saying that the versus rounds are a bit too challenging and do little help to their characters' status.
As reported by Attack of the Fanboy, the new expansion aims to give players more satisfying rewards by focusing on the PvP combats. For one, the players can make their characters stronger by acquiring gears and weapons from a quest reward. There are also rewards given after a boss fight, which will provide gears that are going to make some players too "overpowered." To promote balance in a PvP round, Blizzard adjusted the stats of the special gears that some players use during the fight. However, this action is proven to be very challenging for the game studio.
Aside from making the PvP rounds more balanced and fair for all participants, Blizzard also plans to allow players to gain experience and become stronger after joining many PvP combats. At the same time, the company wants to make other players feel like they can fight with them.
As reported by Yibada, the current change in the system states that if players have certain items that are level 800, their characters will have an increased stat of 0.1 percent. For items over level 900, there will be 10 percent higher stats compared with those that have level 800 items.
