'Wayward Pines' season 2 spoilers, plot news: Theo races the clock to find escaped Abbie leader in episode 8
With the help of Hassler, Theo is racing the clock to capture an escaped Abby in the upcoming episode of "Wayward Pines" season 2.
Things will start to get more dangerous after Margaret, the Abbie leader, manages to escape. Theo and the rest of the team must work quickly to find the creature before it causes more trouble and fear among Wayward Pines citizens. To give viewers an idea of what's in store for Wednesday, the official synopsis for episode 8 titled "Pass Judgement" reads:
"Theo teams up with Hassler to track the escaped Abbie leader; Xander confronts Rebecca about her condition and Jason learns devastating news about Kerry."
Based on the promo clip for episode 8 via Spoilers Guide, Theo and the group are very worried about Margaret's escape. Theo explains what this could mean to them, stressing that an Abbie invasion is not far from happening now that their leader is probably on her way back to the creatures. The previous episode saw Margaret attack Megan and it gave the team a glimpse of what the creatures can do to the humans.
In order to keep everyone safe from Margaret, Theo wants to issue a warning for all the citizens of Wayward Pines. The next moments of the trailer saw Margaret walking along the rooftops while the soldiers keep shooting her in an effort to bring her down. Theo and Adam were also seen heading to the woods in an attempt to capture Margaret again before she re-joins the rest of the Abbies. No clue regarding Margaret's fate was given away in the clip, but there was a scene featuring Abbies gathering outside the town. A huge battle between the humans and the Abbies might happen, but it remains to be seen in the coming episode.
