'Watch Dogs 2' release date rumors: Game set for November 2016 launch; developer to provide more details at E3

Ubisoft Montreal has officially given further details about "Watch Dogs 2" after countless teasers and leaks, which fans of the popular game have feasted on.
IGN has reported that the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC versions of "Watch Dogs 2" will be released on Nov. 15, 2016. Ubisoft Montreal officially bared the said date when the publication visited their office for an interview.
Apparently, more will be announced at Ubisoft's press conference at the Electronic Entertainment Expo, which will take place on Monday, June 13, at 1 p.m., but players could expect that this follow-up to the 2014 release would once again put them in the shoes of a hacker.
Still, Ubisoft said focus would be less on mass surveillance and more on predictive algorithms. Purportedly, these algorithms will help the inhabitants of the game see whether they would be successful in their chosen careers or what healthcare provider the government would deem fit for each inhabitant.
According to GameSpot, the game play would shift from the "Windy City" to foggy San Francisco and the surrounding Bay Area, where the main protagonist, Marcus Holloway, lives.
Just as it was in the first version, "Watch Dogs 2" would revolve on the life of a gifted hacker, Marcus, who developed his skills after witnessing police brutality during much of his young life. He would use his skills as a hacker to right whatever wrongs he has witnessed, which is why his particular hacking interest had so much to do with societal impact.
"Marcus is much more expressive, both in his behavior and in his fighting style," creative director Jonathan Morin said. "He's going to feel completely different than Aiden. There's a different flow to his approach."
Players could expect new gadgets such as a quadcopter scout drone, and Marcus would apparently be an athlete, computer whiz, and leader in one. These will be handy as players and Marcus explore the "fully hackable world" of "Watch Dogs 2."
Watch out for "Watch Dogs 2" when it comes out on November 2016.
