'Walking Dead' Season 5 Spoilers: Focus To Shift From Beth To Abraham

The upcoming episode of "The Walking Dead," which is due to air on Sunday at 9/8c on AMC, could see the storyline of Beth (Emily Kinney) being totally bypassed.
The ending of the last episode saw Beth watching Carol (played by Melissa McBride) being carried into the hospital on a stretcher.
The episode that comes out on Nov. 9 will instead heavily focus on Sgt. Abraham Ford played by Michael Cudlitz. Abraham was last seen leaving the church bus along with Glenn Rhee (Steven Yeun), Maggie Greene (Lauren Cohan), Rosita Espinosa (Christian Serratos) and Tara (Alanna Masterson) as they accompany Dr. Eugene Porter (Josh McDermitt) to Washington.
In the upcoming episode Abraham's backstory will be dealt with and viewers will get to see the events that led to him accompanying Eugene to Washington.
The episode will see Abraham and gang figuring in a road accident as they travel aboard a bus. However, the promo clip for the episode shows that almost all are safe after the accident. They will have to travel on foot from thereon though as their bus became a total wreck.
Included in the promo clip are several fight scenes with zombies; Abraham is seen sticking one with his knife.
Inquisitr has more about the upcoming episodes. It suggests that by the midseason episode Beth could die. This is because Emily Kinney was not seen at the filming site after episode eighth was shot. According to Spoiling Dead, the eighth episode could therefore be the last for her.
The episode could see Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln) and Daryl Dixon ( Norman Reedus) returning to the hospital with Noah (Tyler James Williams) to try and rescue Beth. However, Beth would find herself in a standoff and ultimately die.
When news of Beth's possible death hit the Internet, fans of the show reacted negatively. Wetpaint notes that their reaction reflects how deeply they have come for Beth as a character on the show.
