Tom Cruise, Katie Holmes news: Cruise has new British girlfriend? Holmes and Jamie Foxx going strong?
"Jack Reacher" actor Tom Cruise appears to have found himself a new love.
According to Us Weekly, Cruise may have finally moved on from Katie Holmes, his wife of six years, and has reportedly been dating a mystery British woman since the summer. The outlet adds that the "Mission Impossible" star's new relationship appears to be getting serious.
Cruise reportedly began wooing his mystery girlfriend while filming in London in June. The actor is said to have taken her on a date to the Cotswolds' Bourton-on-the-Water, a village two hours outside of London.
The Mirror says that it has reached out to Cruise's representatives for comment on the relationship but have yet to receive a response.
Nonetheless, an unnamed source has allegedly told Us Weekly that Cruise wants this new romance to last. "He's serious about this relationship and wants to make it work," the informant said. "Tom wants some companionship," the source added.
Before marrying Holmes in 2006, Cruise was married to "The Hours" actress Nicole Kidman for 11 years. Prior to this, he was married to "Someone to Watch Over Me" actress Mimi Rogers between 1987 and 1990. Cruise has a daughter, 10-year-old Suri, with Holmes, and two adopted children, Isabella and Connor, with Kidman. The Mirror says that his current relationship is his first since his divorce from Holmes.
While the 54-year-old Cruise seems to have finally moved on romantically, so has the 37-year-old Holmes.
Us Weekly says that while earlier reports suggested that the "Pieces of April" actress had broken up with her rumored beau Jamie Foxx, the two are actually still going strong.
"They are for sure still together," an insider told the outlet.
The low-key couple, who has supposedly been together since at least 2013, has remained tight-lipped about their relationship all these years, though various media outlets have published photos of them together and reported on events where they were both seen.
Foxx and Cruise co-starred in the 2004 film "Collateral."
