The upcoming multiplayer online game "The Division" was originally slated for release in the autumn of 2014, but it has since been delayed. Gaming Bolt has confirmed that the title has been delayed as a "further polish was needed".

Describing the game being developed under the Tom Clancy brand, Gaming Bolt notes that "The Division may play nicely in the gameplay trailers but it's still going to be a much different beast when it eventually releases."

The title is then compared to other games such as Watch Dogs which had a number of bugs, one of which caused boats to become submarines.

However, despite various problems Gaming Bolt has given up on "The Division" and it remains very upbeat about the future release.

Capsule Computers has more about "The Division" and describes a 3D map with three levels in each zone titled "Security", "Contagion" and "Morale". On the 3D map, Capsule Computer notes the player can create way-points. These help the team get to the surface of Manhattan's streets as part of a mission to restore electricity to the district.

Finally it adds "The Division' Snowdrop engine enables absolutely stunning atmospheric effects and overall visuals. The tone of the game is along the lines Ubisoft Massive, Reflections and Red Storm are trying to achieve, and we can't wait to see more it."

As for when "The Division" will be released, Gameranx is noting that the game has definitely been delayed and that delay may be significantly if it follows the same path as "Watch Dogs", which was also created by Ubisoft.

Capsule Computers notes that as for now only a vague release time period has been announced and it very vaguely will be released sometime in 2015.
