Tom Clancy's 'The Division' new patch update: New patch locks some players out of the game

One of the best video games that came out this year is Tom Clancy's "The Division." However, fans were not all happy with the game especially with the bugs and glitches the surrounded its first few days after the roll out.
Yesterday, the game's developers Ubisoft Massive and Red Storm Entertainment have released a new patch that seems to have improved the game and created much-needed changes to the game's terrible Dark Zone PvP offerings.
The improvements were noticeable along with the major changes applied; however fans complained that the patch brought some nasty bug. According to some players, high-backpacks and other items could no longer be found from their inventory, which causes alarm to many gamers. Other players claim that not only will the backpacks disappear, the patch has started to lock some of them out of the game.
The game developers already addressed the complaints and promised to investigate the matter immediately.
"We are aware that some of you are experiencing an issue where you are locked out of your account," Ubisoft said in a statement published through the game's official website. "This is usually caused by having crafted a High-End backpack. We are looking to resolve this, it's one of our main priorities at the moment."
Although not all players were affected by the bugs and errors, fans appreciate the immediate action by the company. As of now, what fans can do is wait for Ubisoft to provide a definite solution of this current issues of the game.
The company has also urged other players who are affected to report any issue related to the game to their official forum page.
While some find the new patch a big disappointment because of the glitches, other players welcomed the changes with positive reviews. It is just unfortunate for others to experience such problems with the new patch.
