'Titanfall: Frontline' release date, gameplay news 2016: Mobile game to launch this fall

Respawn Entertainment's multiplayer first-person shooter video game is reportedly getting a mobile application. The game will be available for free once it launches. This time, Particle City developed "Titanfall: Frontline," but it worked with "Titanfall 2" video game developers Respawn Entertainment.
Both teams cooperated to add card battle strategy and collectability to the well-loved "Titanfall" gameplay elements. The video game developers worked hand-in-hand to ensure that the mobile app will evolve the franchise.
Sources said that the upcoming game will have a mixture of features from "Titanfall" and "Hearthstone." The mobile game is the first of many titles that will have mobile counterparts. Reports added that game publisher Nexon revealed through a press release that "Frontline" will feature hundreds of Titans and Pilots as well as new additions like deck-building, a special ability Burn Card.
Hundreds of cards will be available in the game. Mech cards and pilot cards are just two of the numerous examples. Gamers can collect these types and they can upgrade them with their Burn Cards. Players should strive to build their own decks to battle with other players in real time.
In addition, players will be able to customize their decks to match with their playing style. Players can opt to use a swift yet damaging method that will have fast Pilot and Titans. On the other hand, players can opt to build a strong defense by installing the right units and adding the right support personnel.
"From dropping a Titan onto the field of play to turn the tide of battle to using a combination of Parkour and Rodeo Burn Cards to take a Titan down, 'Titanfall: Frontline' is unapologetically intense and utterly 'Titanfall,'" co-founder Larry Pacey admitted.
"Titanfall: Frontline" will be available on iOS and Android devices. The mobile game is expected to launch this fall. Meanwhile, "Titanfall 2" is expected to launch on the PS4, Xbox One, and PCs Friday, Oct. 28.
