Fans are still waiting for the release date announcement for "The Witcher III: Wild Hunt's" most anticipated DLC, "Blood and Wine." Despite the lack of confirmation of the new content's arrival, fans are still looking forward to its release.

According to a report from a Polish website GRYOnline.pl, "Blood and Wine" is slated to be released on June 7. However, the website's editor Verminus confirmed that it was only an "estimated date."

CD Projekt Red has already made it clear that "Blood and Wine" would release on the first half of this year, so June is just set as an approximate date. June 7 as the release date could be or could not be true, but fans should note that the developer has not confirmed any release date at this point.

While a release date has yet to be revealed, leaks involving the game continue to emerge online. According to the latest, a familiar character might return in "Blood and Wine."

This piece of information reportedly came from voice actor John Schwab, who posted on his Twitter account that he had a great time doing the voice of Dandelion, Design&Trend reported. The actor also tagged the game's official Twitter account.

The post has since been taken down, but not before media outlets were quick enough to repost it. Dandelion is an all-too familiar character from "The Witcher III." Schwab's Twitter post seemingly confirmed that he might return to be part of the quests of the new DLC.

Another character rumored to be part of the upcoming DLC is the vampire Regis. Darek Zabrocki, a game artist, recently released three concept artworks for the game and fans are quick to notice the familiar creature that somehow looked like Regis. The character has never made an appearance in the games, but this time, he could be part of "Blood and Wine," which also seems appropriate considering this friend of Geralt's enjoys drinking blood.

While these speculations may seem interesting, it should be noted that they belong to the rumor category and should be taken with a pinch of salt.
