'The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt' 'Blood and Wine' DLC release date news: New patch to fix the bugs and glitches
CD Projekt RED has just released a new expansion pack for the popular "The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt." Although the Blood and Wine downloadable content (DLC) pack has brought so many new features to the game, it came as bittersweet to many players since this will be the last downloadable content for the game. The expansion was released by the game developer on May 31. This will serve as the last adventure of the main protagonist, Geralt of Rivia.

According to reports, some players have complained about bugs and glitches after downloading the expansion. However, CD Projekt RED is expected to provide an update anytime soon to address the issue. According to a report by Game Radar, behind all the success of the current expansion, there are issues that need to be fixed immediately as these are messing up gameplay for some players.
Marcin Momot, the game's community lead, recently posted on his Twitter account that the company is already looking into the details of the complaints. He assured all players that CD Projekt RED is already working on a patch that they plan to release as soon as possible.
"We're working on the next patch and hoping to have it out as soon as possible. Should address all major reported issues," Momot wrote on Twitter.
A list of issues has already been posted on NeoGAF, which include players getting stuck while riding on their horses. Some of the glitches listed are common issues of the game; however, it appears to have worsened after downloading the expansion pack.
Meanwhile, players of "The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt" are wondering if the franchise will end on this third installment. There have been speculations all over the Internet suggesting that the Blood and Wine DLC will be the end of the road for Geralt.
Nonetheless, fans should wait for more updates from CD Projekt RED with regard to the future of "The Witcher" series.
