CD Projekt Red has been hands on in developing the upcoming DLC content pack for their highly popular video game "The Witcher 3." The latest DLC set, called "Blood ad Wine," is expected to offer a lot of new stuff for the long-time players of "The Witcher" game series. The add-on will be bringing in more thrilling creatures, along with a bunch of new features, once the DLC is made available.

iDigitalTimes reported that the second expansion pack of "The Witcher 3" will be offering more monster variety that some players may have found lacking in the base game. It was also reported that CD Projekt Red has confirmed that they are planning to release new Gwent cards for the players to use. Also, the map of "Blood and Wine" setting will be huge enough for the players to explore the whole day.

A recent interview of "The Witcher 3: Blood and Wine" Senior Animator Jamie Bury published by the Pocket revealed that the players will be amazed to see various kinds of new creatures in the game when the second expansion set of "The Witcher 3" arrives. While the fans have waited for a long time to get a new DLC pack, the new monsters and adventures in the add-on will be all worth the wait. However, regarding the exact count of the new monsters in the forthcoming DLC, Bury did not disclose additional information about the matter.

"The tone of the world and the fancy world that Geralt lives in, these are really affecting the animation, " Bury said.

"Especially with things like the community, when you have people walking around washing clothing, we need for the animation to make these characters feel like they are not happy. They are not having happy lives. They're not living in nice palaces. They're kind of miserable in everyday life."
