'The Witcher 3' DLC release date update: "Blood and Wine" will roll out in April 2016?
Gamers have been waiting for any official information about the release date of the DLC update of the popular video game, CD Projekt RED's "The Witcher 3: Blood and Wine."
The game developer has yet to provide the specific rollout date of the expansion; however, they have already revealed some details about the gameplay of the upcoming update. According to them, the new DLC will be huge and fans should expect nothing less.

Although the company keeps their silence up until now, players are excited and eager to finally update their current game. There are rumors suggesting that the expansion will be better than the actual game itself. Attack of the Fan Boy recently claimed that they have a source who told them that CD Projekt RED will finally release the "Blood and Wine" DLC on April 26. However, the developer has yet to confirm the said report.
Meanwhile, "The Witcher 3's" head story writer, Jakub Szamalek, revealed in his interview with Gamespot that the "Blood and Wine" DLC will focus on Geralt. The expansion will tell fans how the fate of the main protagonist is being decided. It has already been known that CD Projekt RED is going to shift their focus on "Cyberpunk 2077" once they are done with the "Blood and Wine" DLC of the current "The Witcher" installment.
In other news about the game, wccftech reported that the upcoming expansion will feature a strange quest full of poetry, songs and short stories as mentioned by the game's Czech Translator, Filip ŽenÃÅ¡ek. The whole interview of Filip ŽenÃÅ¡ek was posted on the official "The Witcher 3" Czech page and has already been translated by Google. ŽenÃÅ¡ek also mentioned that they have already decided on the release date but he could not elaborate more on that as of the moment.
What fans can do now is wait for the official announcement from CD Projekt RED. All rumors and speculations must be taken with a grain of salt as of the moment.
