The development, if proven legitimate, may elicit a sigh of relief from the fans of the show as most of them have been desperately yearning to know what will happen to their favorited characters or the despicable players in the show whose conclusion is nearing.
Moreover, speculations have surfaced that "Game of Thrones'" seventh season may be taking most of its plotlines from the forthcoming novel. And as the show's currently filming, it may be possible that author George R.R. Martin and the people behind the show might be secretly plotting a stunner of a surprise for their fans.
Martin, who is infamously known for his "deadline" issues, has recently promised the community that he would be updating his blog as soon as a definite release date has been placed for "The Winds of Winter." He shared, "Look, I have always had problems with deadlines. For whatever reason, I don't respond well to them."
