'The Walking Dead' season 7 return date, spoilers, news: Someone from Rick's camp to get killed off in the fight against Negan?

In the return of AMC's "The Walking Dead" season 7, fans might say goodbye to a beloved character when the rebellion against the Saviors begins. Meanwhile, Rick (Andrew Lincoln) and Maggie (Lauren Cohan) might not convince the Hilltop to join the fight.
In the upcoming return of "The Walking Dead" season 7 this February, Rick will start a war against the Saviors to end Negan's (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) tyranny and gain back their freedom as survivors in the world of a zombie apocalypse.
Rick has invited all the other surviving communities under Negan's grip — Hilltop, Alexandria, and the Kingdom — to join forces with him and his camp to dethrone Negan and get rid of his Saviors for good.
From Negan's history of brutal and merciless killings, it seems that a hopeful character will be saying goodbye when "The Walking Dead" season 7 returns.
In one of the season 7 promotional photos released on Comicbook, a grave has been made, and it is expected that it will be for someone from Rick's team.
There are speculations that the character that will get killed off this second half of season 7 is Sasha (Sonequa Martin-Green). This is because Sasha has been willing to sacrifice herself to save others and because by this time in the comic series, the love interest of Abraham (Michael Cudlitz) has already been killed off.
On the other hand, it is also anticipated that one of the communities — the Hilltop — might not be joining forces with Rick and the others to fight Negan and his Saviors.
As seen from the season 7 photo from TV Line, Rick and Maggie — along with Daryl (Norman Reedus), Michonne (Danai Gurira), Carl (Chandler Riggs), Tara (Alanna Masterson) — are having a hard time convincing Hilltop leader Gregory (Xander Berkeley) to join their cause.
It appears that Gregory is more concerned about saving himself and his community than getting away from the clutches of Negan. If the Hilltop does not join the rebellion against the Saviors, will Rick and the remaining camps have a chance to survive against them?
"The Walking Dead" season 7 returns on Sunday, Feb. 12, at 9 p.m. ET on AMC.
