'The Voice' 2014 Elimination Latest News: Top 5 Contestants, 3 Singers, Pharrell Williams Eliminated
The top eight have been whittled down to five in the latest high-voltage episode of "The Voice," which airs at 8/7c on Mondays and Tuesdays on NBC.
The episode started with eight contestants -- Ryan Sill, DaNica Shirey, Chris Jamison, Craig Wayne Boyd, Damien, Luke Wade, Matt McAndrew and Taylor John Williams.

First results saw Matt McAndrew coached by Adam Levine being saved. Damien, who is part of Levine's team, also made it to the safe list.
The announcement of the safe list was interrupted when two former alums of the show took to the stage. First, Christina Grimmie, who was part of Season 6 and on Levine's team, performed her new single "With Love." Her rendition of the song was greeted warmly, with one reviewer saying that she still has a "big voice coming from a tiny body."
Then RaeLynn, who was featured on Season 2, then came up next to perform a song that she herself wrote titled "God Made Girls." Reviewers noted that her voice is best suited for country and western songs. Her former mentor Blake agreed that she was an important part of that genre.
Next Taylor John Williams, who forms part of Gwen Stefani's team, was saved. Craig Wayne Boyd from Blake Shelton's team was the next to be saved.
Among the bottom four -- Luke Wade, Chris Jamison, Ryan Sill and DaNica Shirey -- two are coached by Pharrell Williams and only one of them could be saved.
The four remaining contestants then each performed a song. DaNica Shirey started with an effortless performance of "I'd Rather Go Blind" following which Luke Wade belted out "Stand By Me." Ryan Sill, who was in the bottom four for the third week, then performed "Heaven" followed by Chris Jamison who performed "Georgia On My Mind."
The voting then began which resulted in Jamison being granted the instant save. As the three other contestants exited so did Pharrell Williams as he did not have any more competitors from his team on the show.
