'The Vampire Diaries' season 7 spoilers: Damon tries to fix things by himself; Mary Louise might be Rayna's chance to catch Stefan and Valerie

The gripping TV series "The Vampire Diaries" never fails to send their fans to an adventurous ride this season, with the past episode filled with suspense.
In a recap by LawyerHerald, the gang took down Rayna and killed her numerous times during episode 15 of "The Vampire Diaries" season 7. However, it was later seen that Rayna regenerates from death with one of the Eight Everlastings' body decaying everytime she resurrects. Enzo realized that only two bodies remain for Rayna as she has already used up the other six. This led him to suspect that if he gets rid of the two, Rayna will be gone for good and eventually she will stop terrorizing them. On the other hand, anyone who has the Phoenix Stone sword's mark will also be dead once Rayna dies.
For those fans who can't wait till the episode returns, a synopsis has been released giving out hints regarding what to anticipate for the upcoming "Days of Future Past."
According to Melty, the synopsis for the 16<sup>th episode reads: "In an attempt to make things right with his brother, Damon offers to have Stefan's scar magically transferred to him, only to discover that doing so may come with unexpected consequences. With time running out and Rayna closing in on Stefan, Valerie desperately attempts to reason with Damon before it's too late. Elsewhere, after being framed for breaking Rayna out of The Armory, Enzo attempts to clear his name, but not before a violent run-in with Nora forces him to make an upsetting discovery."
The episode will also be directed by Ian Somerhalder, one of the show's main actors. This will be his second time taking over the director's chair making the episode more exciting for fans. "The Vampire Diaries" season 7 will be back in TV screens this coming April 1.
